Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or special order items
  • Software licenses and subscriptions
  • Digital products
  • Products damaged through misuse

3. Faulty or Defective Products

Faulty products may be inspected, repaired, replaced, or refunded where appropriate. Warranty claims are subject to the relevant supplier and manufacturer warranty terms.


4. Installation Services

Installation services are generally non-refundable once completed. Any workmanship-related concerns will be assessed and rectified where applicable.


5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible and may take between 5 and 10 business days to reflect.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return relates to a faulty product or an error by HiFi Installations.


7. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Invoice or order number
  • Product details
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs where applicable
